  I just want to say that I am utterly disappointed with the quality of the cupcakes. I went into the store with high hopes being that this store has high rep due to an appearance at cupcake wars.
  
  I was surprised to see the variety of cupcakes (no problem there) I ended up ordering the key lime pie and double chocolate cupcake. I was shocked to see that the cupcake was so large but that was pleasant to see.
  
  HOWEVER, the taste was TERRIBLE. I never thought that I could have a cupcake that was so dry. It crumbled as I was unwrapping it. I still tried to eat it. But I ended up throwing it away. I just came up with a hypothesis that it was just a bad day.
  
  Upon my second visit, I tried four cupcakes.(Strawberry, Pink Champagne, Cookies and Creme, and the Hibiscus) Someone made the decision to put hard candy on top as a garnish and that was terrible. The cake itself was very very dry. The icing itself was crusted over as if it had been out for more than its shelf life. The rest of the cupcakes shared this same quality.
  
  The cookies and creme had a weird taste. It didn't remind me of the flavor that was being presented. The icing resembled the aroma and taste of a maraschino cherry. So my wife called and they assured her that it was not used in the recipe. But there is no way a distinct flavor like that can be mistaken. I deeply regret going here and I am certain that I will not return for these expensively disgusting cupcakes.

  I have always had wonderful experiences here. The staff is very patient, I've shown up 10 minutes before closing and was treated no differently than when I've gone at opening. One of my favorite cupcakes is the french toast cupcake! Keep up the good work guys!
